We deliver all products to our valued customers for free, and as being secured and insured by using the best courier companies of our country or our special courier services. In fact, HerStory takes all the responsibility until you receive the product.

Free Repair and Maintenance
For each product purchased by our Online Store, free maintenance, repair and cleaning services are provided under HerStory security for 2 years with free of charge.
In addition, the product you have purchased may be returned unconditionally within 1 week; and unless it is damaged, you can replace it with another product within 30 days.
We offer free shipping for all of our products.
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Her Story. We ship internationally with DHL Express Mail and all brokerage fees are included, however Her Story is not responsible for customs fees or taxes incurred from importing goods – these are payable by recipient upon delivery. We ship the items fully insured and listed at full retail value. If a package is denied entry by customs and returned to us we will refund the cost of the item, but shipping charges are not refundable.
Web returns are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund within 10 days of order delivery. This is separate from our retail store return policy, where returns are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
The goods must be free from scratch, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Special orders and custom jewelry are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt, indicating the type of return being done (exchange, store credit or refund).
Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Her Story will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Her Story returns office.
If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.
Our jewelry is sold in as is condition. Jewelry, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance. It is important to be aware of your jewelry while wearing it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle. We recommend removing all jewelry, especially rings, in situations when abnormal contact is expected.
